How to use:

1.) To cool, freeze the pack for 4 hours before use or place in an ice bath.

     To heat, microwave for 15 seconds or submerge in hot water.

2.) Gently massage the pad to distribute heat evenly.

3.) To clean - rinse in cold water with mild soap and let air dry completely before warming or freezing.

*Always test the temperature before applying.
